Thank you for supporting our small business. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we’ve created the following policy to ensure clarity and consistency for our customers.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom, seasonal, and limited-edition nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before submitting your purchase.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but please note:
    •    Cancellations apply to future boxes only.
    •    Once a box has been billed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
    •    To avoid being charged for the next box, you must cancel before your next billing date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your customer account on our website.

Damaged or Missing Items

We want you to be delighted with every purchase! If your order arrives with a damaged item or something is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Order Changes

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes. This includes shirt sizes or shipping addresses. Please double-check all information before completing your purchase.
